Refund policy
We only offer refunds in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not working properly.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be defective, broken, or malfunctioning upon arrival
- You must provide clear proof (photos or videos) showing the issue
To request a refund, contact us at support@gelectri.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your request is approved:
- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
- No replacement or exchange will be provided
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders
- We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible
You may be asked to return the item depending on the situation. If required, we will provide instructions.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or not working properly so we can evaluate the issue and process your refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or replacements in any case.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
